RESEARCH

These are accomplished by our dedicated and well trained chemists and technicians working in modern laboratories equipped with state-of-the-art instrumentation.

QUALITY ASSURANCE
The quality of the products made by Arochem Industries under GMP is assured by a very rigid system of assays and established procedures. Analyses are performed on starting materials, intermediates, and final products. Internationally accepted reference standards and up-to-date calibrated analytical instruments are used to confirm and formalize the specifications of all our intermediates and finished products. A special effort is continuously made to develop new analytical procedures to further enhance the high quality of our products.

PRODUCTION
All operations are performed according to Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMP), by well- trained operators, working with validated equipment, and following written and detailed procedures. These are checked step-by-step and the resulting observations are computesied for ready reference. Thus, a complete history of all batches produced is available. Analysis of these records demonstrates the high level of reliability of our performance technology.

DEVELOPMENT
Fully integrated with research, the pilot plant provides the bridge between the Lab scale and Commercial  production. Special care is given to establish and implement written procedures for production and quality assurance. Quality and dependability are the key criteria used in our organic syntheses.

MARKETING
Personal and dedicated attention best describes our efforts to serve our clients. When needed, customers of Arochem Industries have direct access to our various department to offer after sales service and to attend to their enqiry.

All product lines requiring FDA permissions are Marketed through PUNEET LABORATORIES PVT. LTD. and all Intermediates and other Speciality Chemicals are marketed through HiMar Speciality Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. Thereby giving a very focussed approach to Marketing of products. Marketing feedback and Customer services form a backbone of this techno-marketing operation.
