Hello, I am 51 years old and I stopped smoking since September 1987
That was very hard at the beginning but it is necessary to have much will.
- Hard the first 3 days. (it is as something was lost)
- One forgets a little then in 1 to nths it is still hard
- One year less hard and then that will go.
